Participants will toast their ancestors and give offerings in their honor. We will follow ritual with a Norse feast and a table set aside for the Alfar and Disir. The evening wraps up with burning our offerings outdoors and dispersing them to the elements.<\/p>\n<p>Our feast will be a potluck so please bring a crockpot or fully prepared dish to share.\u00a0 We\u2019ll supply cups, plates, eating utensils, and beverages. (No alcohol please). All adults are welcome, and no experience is necessary. For families with children under 16, we suggest the<a href=\"https:\/\/elderfaiths.org\/2016\/12\/30\/pagan-family-connection-samhain-10222017\/\"> Pagan Family Connection Samhain celebration<\/a> on October 22 in Grafton.<\/p>\n<p>Doors open at 6pm, doors will close and the pre-ritual discussion will begin at 7pm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_2qgs\"><strong><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\" data-testid=\"event-permalink-details\">This will be a serious magickal \/ spiritual working for all involved, and as such is not appropriate for children.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"_2qgs\">\n<p><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\" data-testid=\"event-permalink-details\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join the SEF for their Open Samhain Circle!!
